Summary

To better understand ADHD, its challenges, and its impact on a teenager's life, we have pulled together material from many different sources to create Teens, ADHD, & Life. The goals of this book are to help you, the parent or other involved adult, better understand ADHD whether the child was diagnosed years ago or just recently; to look at realistic situations and suggest tips to help teenagers (ages 13 - 20) with everyday "life" activities; to be a source and reference for where to turn for more information and help.
