Montgomery is a test engineer at the Boeing Company and has a
Bachelor of Science degree in physics. He has worked on the
testing of submarine launched ballistic missiles, the B-2 stealth
bomber, and the F-22 jet fighter.
He was an
electronic intelligence specialist in the U.S. Air Force.
He has served
as executive director of numerous non-profit organizations and was
a candidate for Congress.
He is also
listed in Who’s Who in America.
