About the Author

Dr. Lucy Papillon is the founder and director of the Center of Light, located in Los Angeles whose mission is to engender an unstoppable passion to transcend the known and intentionally choose to take the quantum leap into the vast unknown. It is continually expanding, treating the mind, body and spirit in such a way that no aspect of a person's life will be left unaddressed.

Interweaving psychology and spirituality in everything she does, Dr. Papillon implicitly brings an awakening to a consultation with a large corporation, a session with a patient, as well as to a radio or television interview. She has been a featured guest both nationally and locally in all forms of media. She has been quoted numerous times by such varied publications as the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Boston Herald, Mademoiselle Magazine, and the American Psychological Monitor. She has a television show weekly where she speaks about moving beyond any obstacles to one's highest possibilities. She also has a highly-acclaimed book in stores everywhere plus another that is about to be published.

An internationally known speaker, trainer, guide, mentor and media expert, Dr. Papillon has been on medical school faculties, taught at universities, been a staff psychologist for a high-risk prison and a therapist for foster children and their families. She continues to volunteer at a homeless mission in downtown Los Angeles several days a month.
