Summary
The story of Charles P. Stanton has been told many times. Each time he becomes more evil and sadistic. No one really knows if all things that are said about him are true. However, the author believes that because many of the events depicted in this book are true, and documented, than maybe the rest of them could be true, and not documented, until now.
About the Author

P.B. Gould lives in Congress, Arizona, a small town that is located about eight miles from Stanton. The serene peacefulness that now exists there in the old mining town, is the perfect setting and ideal location for a writer to contemplate the past.
Though the surrounding towns are quiet now, not too long ago there were over 2,500 people of all nationalities living near the Weaver Mountains. They eked out a living working their small claims, or raising cattle, and horses on small ranches. Many men worked at the Congress Mine or owned small businesses, mercantile stores, hotels, eateries, and saloons. Each one has their own story.
Gould has several more in the first stages of being written.
