Dr. Ford has been involved in city transformation efforts for the past fifteen years and his qualifications include the following:

• PhD received from Ohio University

• High school teacher for four years

• Front line public high school principal for sixteen years

• Christian school superintendent for seven years

• Ordained Clergy

• Assistant pastor

• Founder and president of Mission Miami Valley ministries

• Owner of Streams Publishing Co.

Dr. Ford has facilitated pastors' groups, led outreach, organized pastors' summits, led community wide task forces, chaired community committees, developed strategic initiatives, and participated in city-reachers schools, seminars and conferences to numerous to mention.

Dr. Ford is a popular speaker in churches and he has conducted numerous workshops and seminars.  He has a clear call of God on his life to impact the Miami Valley and Dayton, Ohio with the presence of the Kingdom of God.
