C. Stephen Guyer is a senior financial executive offering over 30 years of experience in company stewardship, finance, marketing, operations, and information technology. He specializes in structuring companies for rapid growth, successful turnarounds, creating corporate infrastructures, private placements, IPOs, or profitable sale.

Stephen’s background includes positions as CFO for TCOM Ventures, Staff Administrators, Inc., and The Moore Companies; Chief Credit Officer for Monaco Finance, Inc.; and management consultant for a variety of companies throughout the country.

Stephen is a published writer, monthly columnist, and former Denver University faculty member.
