About the Author

Becky Due is currently working on her fourth book and hosting Women Going Forward, a national women's telephone group. She uses her books, experiences and education to focus on supporting and inspiring women to go forward with their dreams. Due has studied Journalism, Mass Media and Women's Studies. She has been a guest speaker at Women's Resource Centers in Minnesota and Florida, and colleges throughout the Midwest for Sexual Assault Awareness Week and Take Back the Night. Due has had extensive training at Victim Services, worked the 24-hour sexual assault crisis-line and was a Victim's Advocate where she offered one-on-one assistance and support to rape victims. Due has been on several national radio shows, given numerous newspaper interviews and does a few book signings a year. Happily married she and Scott live in Loveland, Colorado, Aventura, Florida and Calgary, Alberta Canada with their two "kids" Buddy, the cat and Shorty, the pug.
