Summary
If someone asked you to travel the world to save it,would you go? When sisters Manuela and Silvia and their dog, Fritz, stumble into an old woman’s kitchen, they find themselves agreeing to travel by magic around the world to save the DragonFly Keeper. But it’s not just the evil ‘Rogs’ that give them trouble. Just try agreeing with your sister on life-threatening issues! They don’t give up, however. They keep on going, and along the way discover exciting new places and feast on exotic food in South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Through it all, the sisters grow closer and wiser. In their final battle, Manuela and Silvia learn that the only way to help the DragonFlies save their Keeper, and the world, is by working together.

TANYA PILUMELI has a B.A. and M.A. from John Carroll University and has taught writing at six different universities. She has also published poetry and done poetry workshops for children. This is her debut children’s novel. She currently owns an Italian restaurant with her husband, Alessandro.
