About the Author
John Moscatiello who has been in the boiler and refrigeration industry for more than 25 years. He has a master's degree in education, is certified refrigeration and station engineering training, has run Cogeneration plants and power plants throughout the state and that has taught and prepared operators to pass state licenses throughout the country in this field.
