Summary

Five million dollars are at stake in a winner-takes-all contest between two ruthless, unscrupulous rivals who happen to be cousins. By the terms of their grandfather's will, 26-year-old amoral social parasite Kurt Stafford is first in line to receive a five-million-dollar inheritance. According to the terms of the will however, Kurt must either finish a semester of college and gain admittance into his grandfather's fraternity or join the marines and finish boot camp. Should Kurt fail, the inheritance will go to his 18-year-old cousin, Lyman. Both desperately want the money and they will stoop to any extreme to end up the winner. Bribing a Dartmouth-bound student to take the S.A.T. test for him is only the beginning of some of the measures taken in this completely politically incorrect, bawdy narrative.
