Summary
Most Unlikely! might describe the angel's reactions to Jesus coming to earth as a human baby. This imagined story begins with the archangel Gabriel conveying the momentous news to his senior cadets, who in turn will help the rest of the angelic population understand the unprecedented event about to occur. "How is he going to fit inside a baby?" is the question that must be answered. A delightful dialogue takes place as the young cadets contemplate all the aspects of human infancy. The interactions of Gabriel and his fellow angels with the humans involved in Jesus' birth shed fresh insight into what might have gone on in the hearts and minds of Zechariah, Elizabeth, Mary, Joseph and the shepherds. Innocent wonder and down-to-earth humor spring forth from this heavenly perspective on the world's most famous birth. Over 20 realistic images add immeasurably to the emotion of the story and bring new life to treasured Bible characters.
