About the Author
Jennifer Pirali-Neal was born on the Caribbean island of Trinidad. Her tertiary education in Natural Sciences was obtained at the University of the West Indies where she majored in Chemistry. She also has a Master's degree in Gerontology from Minnesota State University. Jennifer's earlier career included Sugar Cane Research and Quality Control Management with Citrus Processing operations. She currently resides in Belize, Central America.
