About the Author
Before becoming an Author of Children's books, Ms. Smith was a respected dance instructor, owner of the North Dakota School of the Performing Arts, and Director of the Judy Rae Dancers. She is still actively involved in the Arts in Jazz Dance Chicago and University of Arizona Dance Board. Her belief and appreciation of nurturing "the art of believing" out of everyone, especially her younger audience, continues to inspire and motivate her stories and books.
