About the Author

Maureen Sullivan is the author. Maureen is a business and style writer whose articles have appeared in Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Coastal Living. Her books, E-SPEAK (Harcourt),as well as Boomerangers and Gen-Speak (Thomson), have been read by tens of thousands of corporate citizens interested in bettering their e-skills and intergenerational relationships. She is a speaker at corporate conferences worldwide and has appeared on Martha Stewart's Sirius program, Making a Living. Alison Josephs, the illstrator, is a graduate of Cornell where she studied painting. She works from her West Chelsea studio in New York City where she has created themed suites of New York which include Coney Island and Yankee Stadium. Alison has also studied in Florence and Assisi and does graphic design for corporate clients.
