About the Author
Les Plesko was born in Budapest and was educated at UCLA. He is the author of the novel, The Last Bongo Sunset. To date he has been a cotton shoveler, pool cleaner, gas station attendant, furniture refinisher, grape-picker, crop-duster’s flagman, ditch digger, farmhand, modeling school and cemetery plot salesperson, Catholic-school English teacher, boiler-room solicitor, dispatcher, trade show consultant, country-and-western disc jockey, and freelance writer. He is an instructor in the UCLA writers program and lives in Venice, California.
