About the Author
Peter Ingersoll is a registered investment advisor and CCIM designee who creates treasure maps for investors to safely navigate the treacherous, investment waters of commercial real estate. Peter has 25 years experience as a trust officer, investment banker, builder/developer and commercial real estate broker. He is the CEO of Safe Harbour Equity, Inc., the Vice Chair of the California Self Storage Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern California chapter of CCIM. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrestled at the NCAA Division I level. He is a regular columnist on distressed commercial real estate for the magazine, The Registry Real Estate Journal and a passionate and outspoken presenter on the structural risks embedded into the fabric of our financial system.
