Summary
From the dust-jacket...

When David gets sick with chicken pox, Grammy and Grampy help make getting better a lot more fun. Every day while his parents are at work, David goes to his grandparent's house.
Because David loves to play with his toy pond boats, Grammy calls her house Sick Bay. She says that on ships, sick bay is the part of the ship where sick people get well.
While in Grammy's Sick Bay, David is reminded he is loved no matter what. Grammy and Grampy love him even when he is grumpy. Even when he is covered with funny-looking splotches. Even when he makes a mistake and something special is broken.
He is loved more than things. He is loved just the way he is.

About the CD (included)...

The story of Sick Bay was written to the music of Gustav Holst. The author's interpretation of the music brings Sick Bay to life through the instruments and musical movements.
