About the Author

GLORIA N. ADAMS received a bachelor’s degree as an ordained minister in theology and biblical studies from World Missions Bible College. She teaches prayer training at the Bible Training Center, Win Institute, at Celebration Church—City of Champions in Columbia, MD. She leads small groups in Christian Guidance Ministry. A devoted mother of two daughters, she is active in pastoral care at Howard County General Hospital. She presents workshops at women’s retreats, conferences and prayer breakfasts. A recipient of the Minnie B. Davis Faithful Women award, she serves as the spiritual advisor for the School of Spiritual Dance. This Howard University graduate has a 30-year career as a chemist with the Food and Drug Administration. Rev. Adams has a heart for the Great Commission to be taken around the world, wherever the Lord leads her. This passion for the lost and the needy has led her to become a missionary.
