Julie Fuimano, MBA, BSN, RN is the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Nurturing Your Success, a personal and professional development company dedicated to improving the quality of life, career, finances and work environment. She is a professional coach, a motivational speaker, and an accomplished writer.

As a coach, Julie works with individual clients to help them feel more confident in their decisions, to improve their communication and leadership skills, and to increase their personal effectiveness so they can accomplish the results they want in all areas of their life, career, and relationships. She works with organizations to achieve greater productivity and improve the bottom line by providing clarity and vision, eliminating obstacles, and creating supportive environments that nurture success.

As a writer, Julie has three regular columns in healthcare journals including Advance Newsmagazines and Nursing Management Journal. Her articles appear in publications around the world and are translated into several languages. She also publishes her own electronic newsletter available through the website www.nurturingyoursuccess.com. Her presence in the marketplace extends into articles in The Times Herald, The Morning Call, and Monster.com.
Julie has a master’s in business and two bachelor’s degrees and is a registered nurse. She completed her coach training through Coach University and is the 2005 President of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, the local chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Julie resides in Pennsylvania with her son, Joshua.
